Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Department: Sales Division – Chisinau, Moldova
Reports to: Commercial Director
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the performance and development of Bostavan and Purcari Wine Products in Poland.
• Coordinate activities and achieving targets by local team sales;
• Market research and product promotion, sales strategy implementation and monitoring;
• Negotiate sales contracts with key customers, receivables recovery activities.
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Internal / External Cooperation
• Keeping and developing the business relationships with distribution companies from Poland
Requirements:
• Higher education economic profile;
• Minimum 5 years experience managing a sales area;
• English - advanced level (knowledge of Russian language is an asset);
• Computer operating skills (Microsoft Office) - active user level;
• The ability to make decisions fast and efficient, good planning and organizational skills;
• Depth market knowledge in the requested field;
• General knowledge of marketing and financed;
• Willingness to travel and work in Poland (periodically in Chisinau, Moldova)
• Driving license.
